Our Services:
- Conducting a basic needs assessment, including healthcare needs, financial parameters, and living space requirements
- Consultation to address specific senior care questions
- Meeting with the senior to build rapport and to provide and obtain essential information
- Researching senior living communities likely to meet the needs of the senior and the caregiving family
- Arranging appointments and taking the senior to selected communities (up to 3) for tours and dining as appropriate
- Providing information and basic coordination for senior moving, including overseeing "move-in day" and helping the senior settle in
- Assist with direction for initial assessments regarding Dementia and Alzheimer's as necessary
- Coordinating access to financial assessments as appropriate
- Communicating after move-in to make sure things are running smoothly and to assess continuing needs
- Senior Living Advisor provides this essential core bundle of services for $2,000.00. Additional or expanded services, if necessary, will be quoted separately. All of our services are designed to provide you and your senior loved one with peace of mind and a more confident and comfortable future.
